UI/UX Intern
Internship, Chandigarh
Design the screens people use to post a task, compare bids and get work done. You will work across the customer app, the Tasker app and this website, alongside the people who build them.
What you will do
- Turn rough ideas into wireframes, flows and finished screens in Figma.
- Design for small phones first, in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
- Sit in on calls with customers and Taskers, and bring back what confused them.
- Test your designs with real people and change them when they do not work.
- Keep the design system tidy: colours, type, components, and how they are named.
- Hand designs to developers with the states and edge cases worked out.
What we are looking for
- A portfolio that shows how you think, not only finished screens. Student and personal projects count.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- An eye for spacing, type and plain wording.
- Curiosity about how people outside big cities use their phones.
- Willingness to hear "this is unclear" and try again.
Business Analyst
Full role, Chandigarh
TaskTeddy is a marketplace: customers on one side, Taskers on the other, and it only works when both show up. You will find out where it is working, where it is not, and what to do next.
What you will do
- Track the numbers that matter: tasks posted, bids per task, time to first bid, completion, repeat use.
- Find where customers or Taskers drop out, city by city and category by category.
- Build and maintain the reports the team runs the business on.
- Size up new cities and service categories before we spend on them.
- Work out what a change did: a new fee, a promotion, a change to the bidding flow.
- Write up what you find in a page a busy person can act on.
What we are looking for
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills, and comfort with messy data.
- Experience turning a vague question into an answer with numbers behind it.
- Clear writing. A chart nobody understands is not finished.
- Some exposure to a marketplace, consumer app or operations-heavy business is useful, not required.
- The habit of checking your own numbers before anyone else has to.
Compliance Associate
Full role, Chandigarh
We send people into other people's homes and we handle their identity documents and their money. You will make sure TaskTeddy does what the law requires and what our own policies promise.
What you will do
- Own our obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: notices, consent, access and erasure requests.
- Keep us in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the IT intermediary rules.
- Review how Tasker identity documents are collected, checked, stored and deleted.
- Run the grievance process: acknowledge, track and close complaints inside the published timelines.
- Check that what the website and apps say matches what the policies and the product actually do.
- Work with our payment partner on what their rules require of us.
- Keep the Terms, Privacy, Cancellation and Cookie policies current as the law and the product change.
What we are looking for
- A background in law, company secretarial work or compliance, or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of Indian data protection and consumer protection law.
- Careful reading and plain writing: you will turn legal text into rules a product team can follow.
- The confidence to say no, and the judgement to offer another way.
- Experience at a fintech, marketplace or other regulated consumer business is useful, not required.
